Put a mood light in and darken the background like it would be dark in a club, get rid of the bars around the dancefloor and maybe extend the dancefloor, and yeah go for blue neon lights.

7.5/10 atm, make those improvements and it'll be a 9 :)

6/10 dont like the neon furni with the winter furni other than that well done :)
