Installing game to hardrive?

Nope just makes it run a little faster and quieter.

faster loading screens. not worthit rly.

Pretty much, lowers loading times makes it faster and quieter.

Of course some games don't improve though, Halo 3 for example.

My xbox isn't as loud as people say they are, do you have your ear right against the console when you play it or something? o.O

My first was louder & more annoying than a crying baby, but this one is quiet as a mouse :)

No I have an elite so it's overall very quiet but core etc can be really noisey, it depends if there's any dust in the fan or how well it's ventelated I guess.

It all depends on which disc drive you have, like some cores can have drives by Hitachi or w.e and be quiet, but then an elite has a Samsung drive and sounds like a 747 taking off.
