Hi, I was just wondering about windows 7.

If I download it now, Can I have it on my laptop forever or does it 'expire'
Do you think its ok to run it?

Also, These are my specs

If Vista runs ok, then W7 will run a little better.

the Beta expires feb 2010.

They extended it due to popularity.

No Steven. You got that ALL WRONG :P

- The DOWNLOAD for NON Members of TechNet and MSDN expires February 10, 2009 , but will continue to give out keys.
- If you have paused your download, you can run it until February 12, 2009.
- The BETA will expire August 1, 2009, and you will be forced to go back to Vista or XP, and you must have a Disk .

Your Welcome :)

Yes, create a partition and when it asks you what partition to use you use the one that you created.

To learn how.

Ah, but that's only the legal and honest way;).

Yes, but having the legal version is better because apparently RTM is coming out on June 3rd, so you can do a legal upgrade :)
