Cheese Toastie Fillings

Does anyone have anything in their cheese toastie? I have once had scrambled egg in and I love fried onions in it.

OMG theres so much you can put into a toastie, the usuals is cheese and onion, cheese and ham etc, but how about chilli con carne from a tin, cheese and beans, cooked sausage meat black pudding few beans some cooked bacon and an egg to make the breakfast toastie, or use them tinned breakfast meals, pudding and custard, banana and peanut butter, or just crack an egg into your toastie,
