Need help =[ +rep

ok so i downloaded this layout, but when i go to edit it in frontpage / dreamweaver the navigation bit isnt ther so i cant link it :s any ideas?

Edit the code for the nav bar, i highly doubt its that difficult

Look for things like /# and change them to the relative link lol
