Ohhhh GOD, another flamer. Just go away, seriously! This is just the second time I've advertised it. If you don't like it, don't talk, don't say anything, just leave. If anymore flame posts are posted, -rep will be given, I will not reply to them, and also I will ask a MOD to remove them.

If you can't accept critiscm from potential users of the site, then how on earth do you expect to improve it? Heavy critiscm is by far more important than having a bulk of people say "yea it's good" to avoid -rep. It's a poor way to make yourself feel as if you've succeeded in producing a professional site.
Now, my honest opinion is that it looks too cluttered, and looks similar to MiniClips in the way which certain items are presented. I think you should consider in redesigning the site and not cluttering the index page with every catergory. Finally, there are many bugs and errors with the site - which you should have fixed before opening the site. The fact I have posted this 8 days after the original post would suggest you're no longer interested in the project, as they would have most likely been fixed.
Now, if you cannot except this critiscm then I suggest you seek advice as to how to run a website or service.

That's fantastic isn't it? It's going to help me improve my website loads, that comment! Also, don't tell me to seek advice on running a website or service, I've probably been in a lot more than you.
The part of your post that told me what was bad on my website, however, was actually helpful, that was all you needed to include, not about the previous post, and not about seeking advice. Now please, if you're going to post, be bloody sensible.

I'm the idiot for giving your tips on how to improve your site? Oh, OK. In future then I'll say your site is amazing when infact it couldn't get any worse - that's a great way to get the most out of your website, really, it is!
The fact you act so defensive and pointlessly -rep people for a post in which helps your just shows your inability to be a professional site owner. With an attitude as such, your site (from which what Ob suggested) will never lift off.
Now, my post in my eyes was helpful to you in such a way I hadn't needed to have posted it. I explained to you why receiving critiscm is important (which clearly you still don't seem to understand why), and then pointed out where it could be improved. What's wrong with that? If you can't take it then I suggest you cancel your payments immediately - as I've already said, your site will never improve if you get this defensive over one critic comment.
not about the previous postIf you could point out where I related to your previous thread, it'd be much appreciated.

That's fantastic isn't it? It's going to help me improve my website loads, that comment! Why bring that quote into your response to my post? I believe Obulus said that, not me - so making a point of it being 'fantastic' help doesn't even vaguely 'own' me, as it wasn't me who made that comment.
Also, don't tell me to seek advice on running a website or service, I've probably been in a lot more than you.I've ran a few websites in my time, which due to commitments in the real world I've now cancelled them. If you cannot take critiscm, then you do indeed need to seek advice, as critiscm is a key factor in providing a service of which the public wants.
My post was indeed sensible - you just took it completely the wrong way. Now, you can have your -rep back, mate. I suggest you learn to take critiscm, and soon. You'll be undoubtedly receiving some soon.

First sensible comment yet.
You can't run websites, without expecting critiscm (constructive or not), you truly need to learn to handle critiscm, and to work around it.

Okay, please don't use my thread then, good bye. I'm gonna go in a corner and cry now because out of the hundreds/thousands of people that use it everyday, you have decided not to. :(:(:(

You see, it's your immature behaviour that lets you down. It'll be the typical 14 year old trying to make a name, where in reality (and as with most websites), it will fail within the first 6 months. For a start, you said you were trying to find the funding for a .com domain. They cost around £6 - £8 per year - if you can't even afford this then you really should consider in closing your website down.
What's more depressing, is that you didn't even make the website. Within a day I could replica your site, advertise it widely, and then already drive you out of the market, thus being a waste of your money, but worthy to me.
Clearly you have no clue how to maintain a website, and it's this where you let yourself down. If you carry on how you are, not only will you just lose a small minority of this Forum, you'll eventually lose all of your customers.
I mean how can you call the critiscm you've received pointless?! It's been useful to you, as now you can work on those points. And ermm...out of the hundreds/thousands of people that use it everyday...am I missing something or are the statistics screwed? I mean I only see 34 registered users, anyone else...? Ah, nope, I thought it was a mistake on your behalf - I think you meant out of the tens of people that use it everyday.
Have a nice day - and learn to accept critiscm, because as I said, you'll receive it regardless how good the site is. It's what make companies they are today. Even Virgin, one of, if not the most advanced and built-up companies in the world received a complaint recently. What did Richard do? He didn't act pathetic and go "well idc cos my biznas owns u" - he responded in a polite manner pointing out how and where he will improve its services. Clearly you couldn't care or less about the users of the site.

*Removed* Why do you think he's said it twice (not exactly many times..) - because it's the truth, which clearly you do not want to hear, in which case your site will never be what it potentially can become.
