yeah, my mum booked me an appointment on friday and i just had the jab today, was in there for like 5 mins? its the jab against cervical cancer. i have it again in a month, and then the following six months after that :(

i think its aimed at those between the ages of 13-18

ouccch! :( yeah, i'm a wimp and i don't like needles so when i had it i was like OUCH, then it was fine. but now i've got a dead arm :S like really bad! i guess its worth it though, to be safe and all :eusa_clap

My mom hasn't asked me to get it, but I've been seeing a lot of ads for it and quite of few of my friends have it, and i'm about to pass out of the target range you had listed (since I'm just about 19), so I'm kind of freaking and I feel like I should get it done. I'm such a wuss about needles too though! :( So the first shot doesn't hurt but the second does? How is the third one?

my sister had the jab a while back last year for all girls in year 8 but im older so i didnt get it but if its going to help i'll book an oppointment :) needles dont hurt that much its just a phycoligical fear lols :) unless the needle goes in to far or the wrong place mmm im not really helping here lmao

also cyndia the first one hurts the most, i stayed off school the next day coz i couldn't lift the shower thing or put on clothes coz it was so sore :( probably cause she put my needle up a bit too high

did'ent go to school due to pains in stomach & i think i detatched my knee by smashing against the floor in pe:eusa_danc

Yikes, okay. I'm going to get the first of mine over my Spring Break, or else over the summer. I hope my doctor places it properly :(

Owch! Hurting your knee is the worst - I've messed up mine multiple times thanks to dance, and now my left knee can't handle too much.

Jack you still have to have the injection. Just because you're pre-op doesn't mean you get away with it. :S

My dermatologist suggested that I get it but I haven't gotten around to it yet, I've heard it's kind of painful but I've always been kind of weird and actually liked getting shots,

however it's so important that I think it's pretty essential that girls get it.

I had mine on Wednesday, the injection doesn't hurt however about 1-2 hours after my arm really hurt felt like someone had punched me or something..the pain is still there

well i'm sure the nurses would've asked, all they asked was if there was a chance you're pregnant/if you're breastfeedin but nothing about already having had sex.
i've gotta get the 3rd one on monday cause i took allergic reaction to it a few weeks ago, so i have no idea why i'm getting it :S
