I don't like it. Okay fair enough, you made the outlines okay (apart from a few minor pixel errors and blocky parts) but the filling is just awful. Where's the shading? Some of it is just the same but enlarged, not changed in any way.

Try smoothing out shading on hat and shoes and adding more to the hood, as well as improving the sunglasses and basic facial features.

i know the glasses are a bit ish, i need to sort them, and parts on the shoes, i totally forgot.

i know there are blocky area's and im fixing them now.

When you say shading, what do you mean?
The representation of the different values of color or light and dark in your alteration, in this case, on it's face.

For example you have shaded the shorts wit darker colors to make it look more realistic and not flat.
