Is there a way to get hourly back-ups via cPanel instead of logging in and do a back-up.

When you can does it automatically and sends the backup file to your email address?

Back up databases or website? They both can be done there are plenty of scripts out there that require you to run it as a cron job.

Are you really sure you want to run a backup every hour? That's a ton of backups...

Yeah, I agree. It's not like whatever you're hosting would require a backup every hour - if it's just a website. If you want to backup the database, then that's not really so bad as long as you're not just wasting space, if you had a trillion accounts being created every hour then that's the time to decide to backup the database, if you have like 3 accounts, then there is truly no point in bothering to back it up.
