No, he's filter the results. Like if someone put more than one word for a certain question (Like ONE word to describe yourself) the entry will be discarded.

And, how many times have you logged in? (If it's elss than 200, it will probably be discarded) etc.

Things have to meet criteria :) Still, there's 2,000 applications to look through.
