I had a smear test the other day...

Because I've got something wrong down there, I dunno what yet.
But I told the doctor im not sexually active, I said no, but he didn't acctually ask if I was a vigin (I am)
I was bleeding a bit down there, It might be my period but its not that heavy.
So did the test break my hymen or something? It reeeeeally hurt :(

I've heard its more uncomfortable if you have a smear test while your a virgin, but its very unlikely that it would break the hymen, but if you're uncertain, go see a doctor about it.

Umm, (I was referred to a nurse for the test) she put the thing on my cervix, and she took 3 of them in different places

You can break your hymen by doing sports, horse riding and stuff so it doesn't mean that if she did break it she took your virginity because that would involve penetration in a sexual way not a smear test.

I don't think you need to worry about it but if you are then just go back and talk to her about it, I'm sure she'd be happy to answer any of your questions.

If the smear test did break the hymen (which is entirely possible), then it comes down to what your view of virginity is. In Islam, for example, a broken hymen signifys that a girl is no longer 'pure', however it happens - so technically one could be deflowered by horseriding. If you consider being a virgin to mean "hasn't had sexual intercourse", which most people would, then no, you still have it.
