I am selling an Ice Themed Room. A screenshot is below... Including a list of all the furniture in the room.

I am only selling the room as a whole! I am not selling any individual items.

As you can see, the room is worth a total of 16.9 HC's. If I have any values wrong, or out of date, please let me know :)
I am looking for about 14 HC's pure for the room, or 15 HC's unpure.
