Suggestions Needed

Hi Guys,

Im looking to make a Website based on anything, preferably a Forum or something similar but I do not know what to base it on or things that can attract members instead of me making a forum for no reason. I'm willing to buy things, instead of trying to make a fake site from free domains, hosting and free forums.

Any Suggestions are Appreciated :)!
