Sweetpinky - Still a Hobba???

A few months back Sweetpinky (UK Hobba) "Resigned" she has still NOT been debadged and still is on the hobba list, She is also in the new Monster Ball room :s How come????

She should have been debadged much sooner, She still gets the benefits without the Duty? :@
