A bit of help :/

Got a new pc recently, Vista 32 bit.
Some programs ask me to run as admin, how do I set the user I am to default admin.
Also I cant install Photoshop CS3 when I do it says installed items - shared components, unistalled items - photoshop cs3. I am right clicking and running as admin too.

You are an admin, you can disable that prompt in Control Panel > Users though

Can't you just right click applications and click 'run as administrator' ?

Start, type msconfig, tools, disable uac, restart.
