I had to drink tea for 2 days last week because we ran out off coffee, I love it but I love coffee more. :8

I'd strongly suggest that you cut down.

I used to be addicted to coffee... like 12-20 cups a day, everyday. And I now suffer from Insomnia, which is so annoying. According to my GP, there might be a link between the two. Its really not healthy to consume high quantities of caffeine. Hindsight is a wonderful thing... not.

Yah lol but to be fair I did just ask my mum why I crave for it all day long and she told me straight away that it's the caffiene. But I could still use this thread to discuss what I should do. Like is it bad for me? If not then I have every intention to keep drinking it cos it makes me feel good. :)

I've been addicted to caffeine from time to time, just try remove temptation and concentrate on getting sleep so your body doesnt need the fix. Replace coffee with water and within a week youll be detoxed.

wean yourself off it. Try taking out a cup every 2 days until your on like 2/3
