I was just wondering if there are any good techniques to get faster reflexes
At the moment my reflexes are ok. For example, If something falls off my desk in my bedroom then I'm able to move my feet out of the way inches before it hits me.
I havent really got into many fights but if I was in one then I doubt I would be able to dodge punches etc
Does anyone here have really fast reflexes? if so how did you develop them?

Well. Theres like a board irl, with lights dotted around.
A light flashes, and they've got sensors on, so you have to hit the light as quick as possible.
It's supposed to get ur reflexes up :S

Thats actually a good idea :P
Is there any ways to improve it from home?
I heard that you can get a medicine ball. lie on your back, throw it up in the air and move just as it comes down, but imagine if you failed... ouch

Do the pencil test thing :P get someone to drop it and see how long it takes you to catch it etc etc

I found out something good, not sure if its useful.
Place something on the tips of your fingers and stretch out your arm. Pull your arm towards your chest dropping whats in your hand. When your bring in your arm touch your chest then quickly catch the item whilst its falling

Get a ruler hold it at the 1CM and let it drop down and then catch it as soon as possible without moving your hand! So you might grip it again at 17cm and then you can try and get better and aim to grip it by say like 15cm :D idk lol just thought of that

im a genius :8
i did a reaction test in science not so long ago and i was the fastest time the machine can record. Mainly because i play in goal for hockey and train every day.
To improve this you have to do routines like throwing and catching a tennis ball against a wall but with tape rapped around it so you have no idea which way it's going, then when you get good with one hand etc. You can my special balls for this in any good sports shop if you don't fancy DIY ;)

I improved my reflexes by throwing a ball in between my hands with my eyes closed and as I caught it, I got faster and harder, personally, it improved my reflexes quite a lot. Also, if you take more notice in the things you wouldn't usually notice around you by hearing and using your 'entire' perceptive field, it will improve your reaction ability and make it easier to notice things moving without actually focusing on them. I can usually notice things falling that are behind me and catch them before they fall, its like a feeling, but I think its because I've suffered from cronic glue ear (or Otitis Media I think its clinical name is :P) my entire life so I think I've developed something else to balance it out.
the board you guys are talking about might be the game simon. im not exactly sure
also try wack a mole :P
but yeah I have pretty fast reflexes, I got them from playing a lot of sports. such as baseball, I play catcher and you need really quick reflexes for it, so I got good reflexes from that.
maybe try goalie since soccer is big over there.

You people have too much spare time to think of these methods lmao.
If your into football, you could always sit on the ground and get someone to throw it really fast at either side of you and you try and palm it away.
thats right, i did paid £190 for my FA coaching badges haha

I'm not sure but I don't think you can develop reflexs, they're just natural and might develop over time. It depends with some people.
