Use a website like www.imageshack.com / www.photobucket.com
If you use photobucket register a user, and simply once you've typed in your username and password, just click Add Image, and add one. Then select the [IMG] selection.

I believe Photobucket is not woking currently ;)

Use either www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com and upload the image you want..., The link you want to use is the "Hotlink for Forums (1)" :)
