Hello. This is going to be hard to explain but i will give it ago.
I have made a website and on the navigation i have Home, about us etc... and i would like it so when someone clicks it, it will open in the content box on the site not in a new window or new tab.

People have suggested I frame generator's but they require a URL. And i do not want it to link to a site or image. So i tryed to put the folder path in that worked but i still had no way of linking the navigation to the i frame.

Has anyone any guides HTML codes tips etc... what needs to be done i have made an image below....

To expand on that. In your iframe code, make sure you add id="name" name="name" inside. I'm not sure which it is, I always use both just incase, lol!

What you need to do is..

For your link:

<a href="home.html" target="mainframe">Home</a>

For your Iframe:

<iframe src ="welcomemessage.html" width="100%" height="100%" name="mainframe"></iframe>
