New phone needed

Hey i need a new phone, i have 150 quid to spend i'm hoping for a touch screen phone with some type of internet access, im happy to buy from ebay as long as it isnt preowned (buy it now/new)
Anybody find me a decent phone and ill +rep :)

DONT GET IT I HAD FOR 5 MONTHS EUGHHH HARD TO PRESS , IMPOSSIBLE TO TEXT ON AND U HAVE TO UNLOCK IT ETC WHEN PUTTING ON LOUDSPEAKER ETC ID RECOMMEND.
Either a nokia xpress music which is just under £200 about £180 i know thats slightly over budget but for £30 i believe its worth it
or
A samsung ie samsung jet also slightly over

P.s I dont really like touch phones but i guess different people find it easier etc hope you choose a good phone :)
