I have 30 million gp, 80 attack, 70 defense and 80 strength. What setup should I have for the fastest xp? I was thinking a bandos chestplate and bandos godsword but godswords hit slow meaning slow xp. Then either bandos tassets, bandos chestplate and a whip, or sara sword. What should i do? Thanks +rep.

Umm Well you could use;

If doing slayer use slayer helm
Helm: Helm of Nezzi, Slayer helm, Zerker, Dragon full helm.
Amulet: Fury
Weapon: D scim, Sara sword, Godsword (If using d scim use DFS/Rune defender)
Chest: Fighter Torso, Bandos Chest
Legs: Tassets , d legs
Boots: Dragon boots , Bandos boots
Ring: Zerker, Warrior
Gloves: Barrows , Combat braclet

Most people I see training strength:

Helmet: Helmet of Netzinot
Helmet (slayer): Slayer Helm/Black Mask
Amulet: Glory/Fury
Weapon: Dragon Scimitar
Shield: Rune Defender
Body: Fighter Torso
Legs: Dragon Platelegs
Boots: Dragon Boots
Ring: Beserker Ring
Gloves: Barrows or Combat Bracelet (depending on if you've completed RFD)

Thanks for them, would a sara sword be better than a dragon scimi though?

Id stick with dscim. Sara sword really isnt worth the extra money for what it is.

d scim and dfs or sara sword, i'd say dfs and scim due to the defence bonus from the shield.

I'm fighting rock crabs though so no defence is needed. :)

Full Bandos with Dragon Boots, whip and rune defender (or Dragonfire Shield if you need the extra defence).
If you can afford a Saradomin Godsword after that, I'd say only use it for the specs.
If you want to train strength, buy a Saradomin Sword - it's the same speed as a whip.
