I'm not sure as there are still VIP Subscriptions around, meaning it'll be unfair on them to lose that feature, I think the arcade will come to all members or change of people (e.g. post ranks determine) once majority of the subscriptions run out. As I said, I'm not completely sure, however :).

Well VIPs gone now so shouldn't it be changed? I'm not saying right now but maybe in a couple of months or something it could :@

I answered your question. Some people have over a year of VIP remaining. I myself have another 4 months left.
