Matt's skins are always good except you never have many custom (if any) icons like misc etc :P

It is indeed the same for me (using FireFox, Chrome, IE and Opera - basically majority of browsers).

This next point is more of a really tedious design point, and really not worth picking up on, but I'll say it regardless. Just under the banner, where you login, maybe round off the top there, seperating it from the banner. To me the sudden change from the dark blue to white doesn't suit, and would look better as just described. But as I said, really not worth picking up on, and is more one to do when you have free time.

Anyway, looks as if its becoming a good active Forum - 50 members in under one month is a very promising figure. Good luck with the Forum, and I hope it deems successful for you. :)

The logo only floats over the buttons when you have a smaller screen, with less width. :D I have a 17" screen on my laptop, and it works fine, but if I shrink the page, then the logo gradually starts to over the buttons.

In case you still havent worked out the overlap....
Its the whole screen resolution thing :)

Although I wont be registering....
Getting bored of forums that have nothing unique about them.

It has pretty much already been stated, but basically he has used DIVS? I assume to align the image at so and so of the browser. Once you make the window smaller, it's going to keep its positioning no matter what it overlaps.

Just keep you browser maximized.

Aye :)

IT doesnt have an major effect on the style currently so its not top of my list. :(

It should be, coz if you are on a 1024x768 monitor (which a lot of people are) it will look bad

People wont go onto a site with obvious errors.

It'll get moved up the list when more then two people which dont use the forum reports it, till then other bugs and errors are higher.
