I need some advice on getting a moisturiser for my face. Basically, I have quite good skin, I don't get spots often but a lot of the time I have dry skin. It's not outrageous or anything and I don't have eczema but I'm lost when it comes to this.
Can anyone suggest a good moisturiser? Preferably one that wont give me a tan over the course of a long period of time because I know there are such things out there! :P

Just go somewhere like boots and look around, I'd recommend one that's got some sort of SPF and is non-comedogenic. Some brands do ranges for guys though they aren't any different.

The above is sound advice imo. And I'd actually go for a male range because female products have more oil's in them, because a female's skin produces less lipids which is why they're added to moisturisers.

My brother likes the nivea for men, he said that's good :).

This one works for me, it says after shave but i use it all around my face. I recently got a black eye and get dry skin around that, apply that and its gone -
