I think that when they get a certain amount of black marks they get eliminated/put up for elimination.

24 out of 60 didn't turn up. Habbo clearly did an excellent job of picking the islanders.
Although I suppose they ONLY had 18000 people to choose from, so it's understandable they couldn't find 60 people who would actually bother taking part.

It's only one event, you know especially as it's half term they probably were busy :P
