its impossible i can do the tweaked handplant, and the one foot grab but getting up to the windows is impossible anyone got any tips on how to do it?

Don't forget to pump, you know push right stick forward as you start to go up the ramp, it tells you how to do it in one of the first bits in the game.

Late reply but yeah ive done it its easy just tap RT at the bottom of transition and youve done it.
