I have an LG Flatron L192WS flatscreen widescreen 19" monitor here. I want to upgrade to a 22" monitor so I am wondering how much it would sell for on eBay, or if anybody on this forum wants to offer for it. Payments via PAYPAL ONLY.
The specs are:
1440x900 resolution
700:1 contrast ratio
5MS Response Time
A touch I really like on this monitor is that the control buttons are located on the back of the display, which leaves the front with a clean design, which looks really nice on my desk.
The monitor is only 5 months old and is in perfect condition, it is a great monitor and I love it! The reason why I am swapping it is because I am starting to learn graphic design and need a bigger display.
I am posting to ask how much you think the monitor is worth. I think it is worth about £100 but I am not so sure.

Thanks. What do you think the best way to sell it is? I'd be willing to take an offer on the forum as long as payment is via PayPal. Should I just stick it on eBay?

You could see what the offers are like around here first, but i'd just go with Ebay. :)

Is it DVI?
700:1 isn't the best contrast ratio, but it's worth more than £40. ;)

Thanks anyway. Do you know anyone who is in the market for this type of monitor?

See to be honest, now that it's only got VGA, I think your going to have trouble selling it, at all. I would take anything you could get.

That's not true at all. When I was looking for a monitor on Ebay to buy I saw loads of LG 19" with these exact specs and they were all going for like £50 - £70.

I just don't see why people wouldn't pay a little bit extra money for a better monitor, with better features and of course, brand new.

Some people do not have the extra money to spend.

Thanks. I think i'm going to leave it for now and maybe use it with a 22" as a dual-screen setup in the future.
