Edit: I just read that link and by 'hacking' her site, your own words. You are the one liable for prosecution. Good luck pursuing this, have fun with the huge court costs and criminal record you will probably end up with.

no that int the same crattle and to train 2 a hobba you train at a real address not on a free url - im a us hobba.

also who said ihacked it i din't lee did so i will not be sued for it.

and hte case will b about crattle with illegal forums and ripping layouts

also the site is a scam as it asks for your hobba password.

i di not need to tell habbo it to be a hobba

She is at the moment in trouble with vBulletin for using 3 ILLEGAL boards and planning on using them in the future.

Dude why are you dealing with this its up to vbulletin what they do not you.

Also your not old enough to sue or get sued by anyone>
On another point If you went to court and said "This person has "ripped" a habbo layout of mine" they would dismiss the case stright away

its copyrighted like the site.

everything they rip is copyrighted i can sue em and they can pay the fine:p

Errrm, you don't own Habbo so you can't copyright a Habbo layout... If you sew her you'll have to give whatever you get e.g. money to Habbo LTD

If you are a us hobba.. wow they hire some idiots. I would willingly bet my life savings that this will not go futher than you crying to your parents. For gods sake drop it! let vbulletin deal with whatever she has done there but as far as you sueing her LOL thats just not going to happen m8 you have no case what so ever.

Ps The layout isn't great anyway :s

If you mena HabboYou.com then you are correct, the banner isnt yours obviously so go get them closed, simple as that. Just contact the host...
