It's so annoying that the items you actually work for have a crap alchemy value and therefore are lost when you die. Goodbye to my Rune Defender! What's worse is I chucked all the other ones that you get before Rune so if I want it back I have to do them all again. :(

Next time, be aware of this and collect multiple rune defenders, so if you should lose one there's always a spare in the bank.
