Best software/way of starting a new partition so I can install Vista along with XP?

Disk Management (start, run, diskmgmt.msc) shrink volume then make a new partition from unallocated space.

:O I didn't think they had this in XP, new they did in Vista.

You can't do it in XP. Either download GParted (Urgh), Acronis Disk Director or Partition Magic 8

Yeah I did realise that not long after I posted earlier.
I'm now using Norton Magic Partition...
Is that any good?

Partition Magic is decent for XP, unfortunately doesn't work on Vista :(

Lol you don't need anything on Vista though the application is already their for you which is good me thinkz :P

Even Vista's disk management is very limited in terms of features.

Yeah but it does the basic job, I mean all you really need is the basics for partitions, nothing special?
