Restoring Wii to factory preset?

Is there a way to restore the Wii console back to 'factory preset'?
I heard something about having to call up NINTENDO and get some code :(

I'm doing this as I'm selling it and I don't think the person who is buying it really wants all the stuff on there :P

Aha, is there an in console interface? If you like load up the thing with no disc, go to options and won't there be an option there?
