Not that the tool is designed for that, though.

Ross what is it with you and connecting almost anything to your flippin vB DB lol. LiveZilla doesnt use a database so I guess thats out the question. Why don't you get Kayako thing if you want something to connect to your database.

I've never tried LiveZilla, but it's probably good.
However, I have use Koyako Support.
It's quite good. It shows IP, saves log, shows you on what page your chat client is at etc.
