After reading the other hacking post I thought I'd post my own.
Basically, it would mean that when you sign up to Habbo you set a certain IP address that you can only trade, delete rooms and drop furni from. Obviously it wouldn't ask for your IP address but it could just say 'Set this as your trading computer' or something similar.
If you were then hacked, the hacker could not remove your furni and the only thing they could really do is get you banned (which I suppose is a better thing than all your furni gone because there is a chance you could get the account back).
If you changed computers during that time then the only way to change it would be to go through the same process of if you have forgotten your password in which Habbo will ask you questions for you to change it. Maybe, this could be an automated service to save Habbo all the hassle of sorting it out.
