Plus the wording to me seems it came from a 13 year old. As per usual though, when it isn't from official Habbo employees the wording and grammar of one is typically poor, making it clearly obvious as to whether it is real or not. Although, this can be clearly seen via the email address.
Someone will fall for it, as it has a clever incentive. Yet, the one who does fall for it will typically have no knowledge of account safety, and will probably of best bet have little furni - a wild guess indeed.

If I ever got one I would personaly create a new habbo account and then put the details in on the site. Alot of effort but if lots of people did it, it would take the site owner ages to log in and out, in and out for each account submitted.! :)

Not really, all you would have to do is check if the user has two/three things:
1) A room or rooms
2) If the user looks like he has friends (obviously, if you have a worthy ammount of furniture you have atleast ONE friend..)
3) If the user was registered after a few weeks etc.

Considering the emailer cannot spell, I doubt they would be clever enough to do that!
