I want to own everything, i just dont know what to do etc??

like servers and all this mumbo jumbo

What you need:
Shared web hosting (Can get it for free but might be worth paying for it)
Domain name
Forum software (There are free or paid ones)
Thats basically all you need :)

Do some research first. If I was taking up a task such as this, Habbox Forum would not be the first place I go to ask for help.

Buy a server if you are planning on it to be popular, and there cant be too many people who would join a Pete Doherty forum anyways. Maybe one of his bands, but not him alone
