I've been going out with this girl for like a week now, but when i asked her she said that she didnt really know how to be a girlfriend cos she never had a boyfriend. how can i get her to be like more intimate without being kinda bossy?

Just gradually get closer to her. Don't rush things and get her comfy with you. Don't make it look like you know everything because it will make her feel like shes behind etc. Just try go to her level and work up with her like that so she's really confident with you.

You could ask her what she wants to do when you are together and let her take the lead in what you do and make her feel comfortable with the whole relationship thing and just talk to one another about things, gain her trust. If she is shy and and doesn't look like its easy for her to arrange things with you then make suggestions to her and she what she likes and come up with what she agrees to.

The more time you spend together and openly talk the easier it will become.
