Okay, so I installed Safari 4 BETA and I removed it by going into applications and dragging it into the trash. I wanted to reinstall Safari 3 but it keeps saying that I alerady have safari installed

You should have used App Zapper, tried restarting and re-downloading Safari 4 to see if that even works?

Resolved, I just downloaded Safari 4 again and then used the Uninstall file that was included with the download. Thank you for your help anyways.

For the future, if you go to Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel, you can delete any program on that without the uninstall file :)
