{phpMyAdmin} ~ I can't create a new database?

Hello,
I recently started learning a bit of PHP. Now when I open phpMyAdmin and want to create a new database, it says "No Privileges".

Is there any way I could fix this?

No. If you're using cPanel, and/or shared hosting, the database and user you create is not going to be allowed to create a new database. It doesn't have that privilege.

You need to do it directly from cPanel each time.

I open cPanel > phpMyAdmin
