Hmmm, Interesting. I'll say it looks interesting.
Your video tells me to remember to get the shading right on the hair and then goes on to scribble random shades onto it ? :S
I don't like it at all... The shading on the hair is completely wrong with light coming from random positions, the face looks very much like a square and the dress is boring; just a top linked to a skirt?
Not to good but its alright

If you compare the hair on the top of the head (Habbo's work) to the hair on the bottom (your work), you'll see a sudden change in shading style. Doesn't work like that. If you're going to add on, you have to keep up with the same shading style, and the shading needs to have purpose, it's not just random.
You've done the same thing with the dress. The skirt and shirt were seperate and had different shading styles, so when you bring them together you have to conform one side to match the other, or else you have what you have. Why the sides suddenly get darker in the middle of the dress makes no logical sense at all.
As well as mentioned by Kyle, it's very plain. The whole point of alterations is to bring something new and/interesting to the habbo style.
However, don't fret, I've seen much worse and at least your not a ripper. x) Keep working at it, you've got potential!
