Navigation Etc..

Where should I put my navigation, main content etc on this layout? Ive changed them around so many times but im still not satisfied. below is blank canvas where should I put them? +rep for help

Try and do this:
Run a horizontal coloured bar along the entire top of the page and then when the user hovers over the bar it drops down revealing some menu links. Might look snazzy :)
