it would help if you learned to code because really people want to buy a design that is coded already if you notice people like Jme. do both and make way more but idk suppose its up to you. Dont flame on me for saying that

You don't need DreamWeaver or such programs like that.
All you need to know is the codes, and just write it all in Notepad :) I do it often.

Also, as a designer, it's very good if you learn how to code.
