21 days after payment without charge backs etc

Hey,

I had this exact same thing if you didn't get the money instantly after the person left feedback you probably wont get it. It only says on their long version that they may release after possitive feedback left otherwise you have to wait the full 21 days without any dispute being opened.

Kind of a pain in the ass really. I take it your item was over £50?

I sold my Mac Mini, and this happened to me. The buyer never gave my good feedback for two weeks, and I was ******** my pants thinking I just lost £322 but he gave me good feedback after he came on... Thank god.

Did you send it VIA recorded delivery?
If you did I would advise keeping the tracking informaiton in a safe place untill the money gets released incase the buyer tries anything dodgey.

Yeah it's completely **** you have to "build-up feedback" before they stop holding your payment I mean come on..

I could buy a £1000 iMac of eBay from someone with low feedback when it comes oh look paypal they didn't send me it and I have a nice iMac + £1000.

Their going rather down the drain it's suppose to be a way of protecting sellers more but their just putting buyers at risk more.

After a few times of payments behind held and no problems or disputes being opened they will stop holding it.

Yeah they did the same thing to me for a PS2 with 17 games for a lousy 100.00, I quickly refunded the buyers money and placed an ad in a local paper and made 150 in cash the next day.
