Like what the hell? Today I woke up and was extremely depressed, took a shower and was happy again.. On the way to school i got depressed again and after the first class I was happy again..

I was then depressed rest of the school day and just now I've changed mood a million times it's so weird..

I did have a Physics exam which I screwed up cause I was just sooo tired!

I cant get any sleep, should I take a sleeping pill and go to bed and be knocked out the rest of the day?

Apart from your sleeping problem, I get the same. Although ive had it for about 2-3 years, so its not just mood swings that normal teenagers go through :P

I go through literally every emotion during the course of the day, And my mind changes quick. Like one minuite i had my mind set on something, Then it changes, and it can keep doing that for like 1 hour :(

For you it might just be hormones or something.

I think it happens to everyone between the ages of 13-16 or whatever. Obviously some are more affected than others will be. Just another part of growing up and the transition between being a child and an adult.
