This forth instalment wont be staring Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and Lucas Grabeel, ETC. Instead . Jemma McKenzie-Brown, Justin Martin, and Matt Prokop will replace them. For you who dont know, Jemma played Tara gold, sharpays asst. in the 3rd HSM and justin martin is the little black dude in HSM3. Other stars from hsm3 may return. GOOD NEWS, couch bolton will be staying !

The plot is about the school rivals west high nights, might be a massive basket ball match, i dont know, but we shall find out soon!

The old cast is the reason for what High school musical is today. I loved hsm 1 - 3 but the new cast ( who was in a few scenes in hsm3) I can't stand one bit. They should get rid of this film and make College musical with the old cast. That would be bliss.

To be fair, the exact thing happened with skins, they got a whole new cast but they're going fine...

Hopefully HSM doesn't go like Skins and it crashes and burns because it's so awful.

A fourth with the new cast would just ruin it. Troy or Jimmie and Tiara or Sharpay? Hah. But I admit, I will most likely watch HSM4 on television to see what is different.

I agree with you, the new cast will ruin everything. I think the plot was good in all 3 hsm so far, why fix something when it's not broke?

Zac Efron is appearing in a new film called 17 in April, for all you Zac fans out there ;) It looks rubbish, and will probably only get meat in the seats for people who use him as part of their late night fantasies...
