Why do I blush so easily?

I've read that going through puberty makes you do it alot more than you should, im 15.

I go red when I have to read something out to the class, go up to the front, or if someone mentions my name in class.

Its so annoying, It never used to happen.

Is it just puberty? Or Life term?

It's just who you are really. I'm sure it's merely a phase and it'll end eventually. Don't get worked up about it.

Also I like to think that my confidence is great, I would love to do so much stuff but getting embarassed is stopping me.

I sometimes do it because I don't feel confident, but I'm a bit better now I'm older. Sometimes I go red without even knowing it, my mates say "Youre going red again.." and I'm like "uh what? ;O"

You will grow out of this, it happens to most people at some point. Just try to stay calm, breathe slowly and tell yourself that reading out in class etc. is no big deal. I used to get it at school as well but i don't now so i am sure you will grow out of it.
