I posted this in the Linux section as it doesn't do it in Windows.

The text on websites looks disgusting. It's all squished up close together. Any way I can get it looking like it would on Windows?

Try changing the font type / size from the preferences?

You need TrueType fonts: http://corefonts.sourceforge.net/

Doesn't matter now. got bored of linux. it felt constricting.

For future reference, just run:


sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts
