Maybe it just means that the programme is avaliable on Sky channel 4 HD?

Probably the EPG being stupid

Yeah, i searched it and apparently it's just the channel reporting it to the EPG incorrectly or something, they must be doing some sort of testing. Got mine working properly again :D.

Yeah, will be, but we'll all need a shiny new Freeview HD box to receive it.

Ah well, it's better than not having hd and is cheaper than sky lol. Plus, it's only like 100 quid ain't it?

You wouldn't just need a shiny new Freeview HD box for HD programming, you would need a satellite dish. Analog signals would run out of bandwidth with HD broadcasts.

Not true. There'll be a nice chunk of spectrum free when analogue broadcast ceases.

Sky HD box + 1080p television at a decent size + subscription,

kk.
10-03-2009, 09:46 PM
yes but assuming you have a HDTV already and pretty much anyone who will be able to afford the HDTV will be able to afford the box too. And youre going on about sky HD, this is just freeview HD. No subcription, just the box.
