I'm in urgent need of a PHP newsletter (mailing list) script! If anyone can give me this free, that'd be great, but I can give small payment over paypal if required.

Features:
Subscribe
Unsubscribe
Send mail form
View Users in phpMyAdmin
Users can only register once
