Pay Day Plus - Subscription

I have a subscription (Pay Day Plus) which takes £5 from my bank account every month and gives 80 credz along with a rare. Well, I'm into the second month of my subscription and it didn't take any money from my bank or give me any credz. I waited a couple of days and then decided to call sulake. He said there had been a problem which my subscription time, The subscription was ment to come out this morning but the hotel was down and so it never. Anyone else had this trouble.

they run on a 21 day basis so make sure it was meant to come out this morning but yeah habbo wouldn't have stopped because the hotel went down i don't think just send them and email with proof of purchase :D

Lucy, as soon as the habbo hotel goes down the world stops and panics. So maybe the people at sulake were panicking and lost your details.

But yeah do what Lucy said drop them an angry PM threatening legal actions x

I'm not sure a PM will do lol, but yeah anything is possible at habbo they have forgotten my brother before and i sent them multiple emails and they gave in in the end so go for it. My advice is always keep proof of purchase even if its a screenie email w/e :D

They've mucked up again. Gave me 160 credz altogether instead of 80. I ain't complaing!
