Keeping it simple: Zoidec is a web design group offering design and development services to suit your needs and budgets. We also are starting to build our portfolio of our own projects mainly based around providing efficient services on the web to make your online life as easy as possible.

Maybe they do...
And its probably "familiar" in the way a lot of new concepts are presented, logo on a lit background to show new idea... 'Tis a commonly used thing to be fair. Is that what you mean anyway? =]
yeh but even the logos portrayed the same

Chris Pearce, sounds familiar too. I think its "Source" did something similar to that, forgot the site though.
i cant remember the name but i know it looked similar to that logo and had the same splash page

I can see where your drawing the comparisons however that concept had no influence over me as I didn't even know of it till now.
im thinking more of klydo or something around that era

logo wise, not the flash :P. just seems like its very similar in design

If it's what I saw the other day, then yeah.. reminds me of Klydo a bit ;P
I think I have a screenie somewhere.

There are no rules or ways professionals need to behave/type. Sure, it looks better if they type with proper spelling and grammar, but using smiley faces are fine... that part of your post wasn't really needed. =]

Reminds me a lot of Tuts+ with the drop downs, they have changed slightly recently on Tuts+ but before the change they were almost identical to what you have.

I think it was Invent who made something like that logo.
I actually do remember, first i thought of Klydo, but it isn't when i saw Caleb's pictures..
But good luck!
I couldn't see this site before, but I think it looks good.
